*Clean and sanitize all rooms ( our different between others companies is that we scrub all bathrooms, we don't wipe down, only.

*Remove left items from outdoor showers

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT OUR CHANGEOVER CLEANING SERVICE

Tenants Late check -Outs/ Early Arrivals - Our team cleaning team cannot enter a house until the tenants  have left. If your tenants are still on your property beyond the  check-ot time fee is applie to your bill. If a new tenant  moved into the house prior to your chek-In time, we have to ask the tenants for permission  to clean in some INSTANCES, the house may not be  cleaned and the total chageover cleaning rate will still be change. If ther is a car on your property, will we assume that the tennat is still there and we will not approach  the house. Please notify us in advance if they will we a car at your property on changeover so our team canh efficiently take care of your property. If your home is left in poor conditions - Will be immediately contact the homeowners, rental agency or designated property manager to report the condition of the home. W will request that the incomming tenant BE delayed , as adittional time we will needed to properly prepapre the house for the next tenants. Your standard rate will not apply to this cleaning. Anything that is ADDITIONAL to ypour usual changeover cleaning will be change by the hours.
